the stories of the industrial revolution are not only thought-provoking and riveting, but inspirational and complex.
this E[xtended] P[lay] is my perception of the industrial revolution after reading numerous first-hand accounts, articles from mudrakers, and books including Thomas Bell's historical fiction piece "Out of This Furnace".
my hope is that (a) you would enjoy this collection of my latest songs, (b) you would allow yourself to be transported back to the industrial revolution and experience, to the best of your ability, all there was to be experienced - from the suffering to the triumphant escapes and indulgences.
if you want to discuss the record, the stories exemplified on it, or take a co-journey through the minds of industrial revolution activists and workers, feel free to send me an email at the "all other inquiries" link on the right side of the page.
with sincerest love and intentionality,
